With Spin, you will turn customer insights into action. It can be done on a strategic level, on the level of the project roadmap or on a feature level.

CFI «spins» strategies, roadmaps, innovation concepts or feature designing towards the unmet customer needs and helps to identify the most promising ideas from the perspective of the customers.

You will deep dive into two tools that we found very useful for your practical work:

  1. The CFI Pain Matching tool identifies the most resonating strategies, the winning ideas or the hero features

  2. The CFI Value Proposition Canvas creates compelling Value Proposition in the form of stories. They have more convincing power than conventional Value Propositions and can thus help to gain internal commitment and external sales. CFI Value Propositions are the first paper prototypes, telling the sales story before anything needs to be developed.
